SHIPPING: 

 Domestic Shipments

 US Postal Service (USPS):  Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST for items "in stock" will ship the same day (Monday to Friday).  We ship all items priority mail and provide tracking for all orders.  Please note that it may take 24 hours to update any shipping information online.  Although we use 1-, 2-, or 3-day priority mail service, weather can be a factor so please wait up to 7 business days before opening a claim with USPS if your order has not been received.

 UPS:  Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST for items "in stock" will ship the same day (Monday to Friday). Normal UPS shipping can be from 1 to 8 business days, see delivery map below.

 Please Note: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays DO NOT count as business days. If your package is shipped on a Friday, you will receive it on Monday if you selected Next Day Air Service, Tuesday for 2nd Day Air Service and Wednesday for 3rd Day Air Select Service. 

 Orders shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) require a physical street address for delivery.

  • Special orders & truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on items
  • NO Saturday Deliveries
  • Any items that ship truck freight will be quoted
  • Oversized packages may require extra shipping costs due to UPS regulations

Expedited Shipping

 Expedited Shipping is available via UPS shipping for an additional charge and will be calculated based on the total weight of the order.

 Military APO/FPO Shipments

 Orders shipping to military addresses will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, provided package(s) meet USPS requirements. We will contact you with the final postal charges if they are different than calculated rate displayed by the shopping cart. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Outside USA)

 Canadian Orders:

 Most shipments to Canada will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Service. UPS duty is now the same as USPS.  All duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery. All freight orders and Parcel Post deliveries will require you to pay duties and brokerage fees upon delivery.

 International Orders (except Canada):

 When you are entering an International Order, please complete all the necessary information. We will get a shipping quote from one of our International shippers. We will contact you with the final charges for approval. The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you.

 Export Orders:

 Non-U.S. customers, please contact us by filling out our contact form for export arrangements

 Please note: You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties and will need to be paid upon delivery.

 Fraudulent Orders from Indonesia/Singapore/Nigeria:

 Due to increased Fraudulent orders from Indonesia, Singapore, and Nigeria we can no longer accept orders from these places.

RETURN POLICY

 Returns

 You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.  Original receipt is required and we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. We do charge a 10% re-stock fee of the purchase price. There is no re-stock fee if you would like to keep a credit on file for a future purchase. All items must be unused and in new condition.  They must be in original packaging, complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible to receive full credit. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us at 253-445-1111 or email at ultimatetrailproducts@gmail.com prior to returning an item for mailing instructions.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Defective or Missing Items

 If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please call 253-445-1111 immediately and notify us of the issue.  All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

 Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

 Winch Line Repair

Some times winch lines come into contact with surfaces that can cause abrasion or they simply get cut on something sharp. Once the line is compromised it will eventually fail and break apart. We do offer winch line repair for a small fee.  You can mail your winch line to us, we will inspect the line, remove any damage and re-splice the line.  If you are in need of a repair please email or call us at 253-445-1111 for more information.
